Important Info:

Where?

Location/Parking:

  • We operate out of the Oliphant Marina in Oliphant, 10 minutes North of Sauble Beach and 50 Minutes South of Tobermory (We send exact location with parking instructions in the confirmation message post booking)

  • Free Parking is Included & Public Washrooms in parking lot area is open most days

Fishing Location:

  • We fish the beautiful bays of lake huron surrounding Oliphant. We fish between 3 and 30ft of water when targeting trophy Lake Huron Smallmouth.

Other Info

Rates:

  • All Rates are based on 1-2 Anglers

  • 3rd and 4th angler is an extra $75 charge each

Passenger Capacity:

  • Max of 4 anglers / Fishing Experience

Catch, Photo, Release:

  • We practice Catch, Photo, Release for all Bass Fishing Experiences. We have a limited resource of these sought after Trophy Fish, and in order to keep the population growing for years to come, we do not keep any Smallmouth Bass.

  • We allow other species to be kept (Trout, Salmon, Walleye, Whitefish) when targeting them

  • The pics we get are AWESOME and last a lifetime, We also have optional souvenirs of your catch after the fishing experience available (ask for details)

  • Cap’t Colton’s Personal Tournament Rods, Reels and Fishing Tackle (Pre-Tied with new leaders and baits custom for each charter)

  • * Downriggers (Only when targeting other species)

Private?

  • Every Fishing Experience is private with only the guests you book with and the captain

Booking/Refunds

Refunds:

  • You are ALWAYS subject to a full refund if we are unable to operate your fishing experience due to inclement weather, or any reason on our end.

  • You can cancel up to 5 days before your charter with no penalties

  • You can cancel anytime after 5 days with a 100% refund in the form of credit for future charter

  • You can change your charter date and time slot at anytime, as long as the new preferred time slot and date is available

How to Book:

  • Reach out via our contact form with the information specified as what we need, we will reply, and then you can secure your booking with a 50% deposit, you can then pay the remainder of what is owed 7 days prior to the experience, or you can pay all upfront (no matter how you pay, the same Refund Policy applies)

What You Bring?

What you need to bring:

  • Fishing License Per Person (If between ages of 18 and 65)

  • Proper clothing for the weather (We suggest Layers so you can take them off or put them on as weather changes)

  • Rain Gear for if it may rain

Optional:

  • Food/Non-Alcoholic drinks of your choice

  • TIP for Captain (Our Captains make a large percentage of their wage off of TIP’S, so this is always appreciated, only if you feel we did a fantastic job!)

  • Fishing Gear (If you have gear you want to dial in, or try out and use with one of us, we are always happy to have other gear on board and help you dial it in any way we can:)

What Happens after Booking?

Confirmation Message:

  • After we secure your booking, you will be sent a confirmation message detailing exactly how the experience will go, and all the information you need to find us/make sure you and your group are ready to go for the experience:)

Communication:

  • Tatiana, our captains assistant will always promptly get back to your emails/texts/calls promptly. We are always available to assist in any way we can!
